What we collect
Only what you submit through the forms on this site — your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business or acquisition criteria. The site also collects standard, anonymous traffic statistics.
How it is used
Solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you asked about. Business information you share in the course of a valuation or engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to prospective buyers or any third party without your authorization, and in the case of buyers, not before a signed non-disclosure agreement.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not contact your employees, customers, landlord or lender without your explicit permission.
Third parties
This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Email correspondence is handled through standard business email systems. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to delete the information you have submitted. Write to c.karp@hedgestone.com and we will do so.
